Terms and Conditions — SalotPKR Betting Platform Pakistan

1. General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and SalotPKR ("salotpkr", "we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the salotpkr website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated services.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on salotpkr, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use salotpkr and should close any account you may have already opened.

These Terms apply to all products and features available on salotpkr including but not limited to sports betting, PSL betting, cricket live scores, the Aviator game, esports betting, the VIP Club, and the Refer a Friend programme.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use the betting and gaming services on salotpkr, you must register an account. The following eligibility requirements must be met at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You may hold only one account on salotpkr. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed. Any funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• You must not be a current employee of salotpkr or an immediate family member of a salotpkr employee.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from salotpkr or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

By completing registration, you represent that all information provided to salotpkr is truthful and accurate. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

SalotPKR is required to verify the identity of its members in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be asked to provide identity verification documents at any point during your membership, including before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

Acceptable identity documents on salotpkr include:

• National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back
• Pakistani Passport — photo page
• B-Form (for recent 18-year-olds pending CNIC issuance)

Salotpkr may also request proof of address or proof of the payment method used for deposits in certain circumstances. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits and transactions on salotpkr are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted:

Salotpkr reserves the right to request proof that the deposit payment method belongs to you before processing withdrawals. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be reversed. Deposited funds are held in your salotpkr account balance and may be used for betting, gaming, or withdrawn subject to these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

Salotpkr is committed to fast, hassle-free withdrawals for verified members. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash for verified accounts. VIP Gold members and above receive priority processing.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Salotpkr does not charge withdrawal fees on any payment method.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement.
• Salotpkr reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual or that significantly exceed typical account activity patterns.

If a withdrawal request is delayed beyond the standard processing time, please contact salotpkr support at support@salotpkr.bet with your transaction reference number. Our team will investigate and provide an update within two hours during business hours.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on salotpkr across all sports, including cricket, PSL, and esports markets:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets on salotpkr are subject to acceptance. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation screen and reference number. Salotpkr reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum single bet on salotpkr is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market and event. For large bets on PSL and international cricket markets, salotpkr may impose stake limits or request a brief manual review. Members will be notified if a stake is declined or reduced.

6.3 Bet Settlement

All bets on salotpkr are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB for PSL and Pakistan international cricket, ICC for international tournaments, and the respective game publisher or tournament organiser for esports). Salotpkr's settlement decision is final.

6.4 Void Bets

A bet may be voided on salotpkr in the following circumstances:

• The match or event is abandoned before a result can be determined.
• A clear pricing error is identified and the odds were significantly incorrect at the time the bet was placed.
• The event is cancelled, postponed beyond 72 hours, or rescheduled to a different venue in a manner that materially affects the market.

Voided bets have stakes returned in full to the member's salotpkr balance within 24 hours of the void being processed.

6.5 Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets on salotpkr combine multiple selections into a single bet with combined odds. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the accumulator is recalculated as if that leg did not exist. All other legs must win for the accumulator to be settled as a winner.

6.6 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets on salotpkr are suspended during key moments in a match — toss, wicket announcements, DLS recalculations. Bets placed after the outcome of a suspended event has already occurred but before the suspension is confirmed will be voided. Salotpkr makes every reasonable effort to suspend markets promptly but accepts no liability for system or network delays beyond its control.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

SalotPKR offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members throughout the year. The following general conditions apply to all salotpkr promotions:

• All bonuses are credited in PKR to your salotpkr bonus balance and must meet rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard rollover requirement for salotpkr welcome bonuses is 10x the bonus amount on sports bets with odds of 1.80 or higher.
• Rollovers must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted rollovers expire after this period and the remaining bonus balance is removed.
• Only one active welcome bonus may be claimed per new member. Salotpkr reserves the right to cancel bonus offers found to be claimed in violation of these Terms.
• Salotpkr may modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Members currently in the process of completing a rollover from an existing bonus will be able to complete that rollover under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including matched betting, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

8. Aviator Game Rules

The Aviator game available on salotpkr operates on a provably fair random number generation system. The following rules govern Aviator gameplay:

• Each Aviator round is independent. The outcome of a previous round has no bearing on the outcome of the next.
• Players may place up to two simultaneous bets per round. Each bet must be cashed out independently before the crash point to register a win.
• If a player fails to cash out before the crash point, the bet is lost and the stake is forfeited.
• Auto cash-out is available and will execute at the pre-set multiplier if the game reaches that point before crashing.
• In the event of a disconnection during an Aviator round, salotpkr's system will attempt to execute auto cash-out at the minimum multiplier if no manual cash-out has been registered. Salotpkr is not liable for connection losses caused by the player's internet service provider or device.
• The provably fair hash for each Aviator round on salotpkr is available for player verification after each round is completed.

9. Responsible Gaming

SalotPKR takes responsible gaming seriously. We understand that for a small number of people, gambling can become a problem, and we have built genuine tools to help members stay in control of their activity on salotpkr.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all salotpkr members from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your salotpkr account. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases take 48 hours to come into effect.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive on-screen reminders after set durations of continuous platform use on salotpkr.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your salotpkr account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from salotpkr for a minimum period of 6 months, extendable to lifetime. During self-exclusion, your account is locked and salotpkr will take all reasonable steps to prevent re-registration.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

SalotPKR reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, or money laundering.
• The member has provided false registration information or impersonated another person.
• A member is found to have opened more than one account on salotpkr.
• The member has engaged in bonus abuse, bet manipulation, or collusion with other members to exploit salotpkr's systems.
• The member has initiated an unjustified chargeback against a salotpkr deposit.
• The member's account shows activity that is inconsistent with normal individual gambling behaviour in a manner that suggests professional or organised exploitation of the platform.

Where a salotpkr account is closed for legitimate reasons unrelated to any breach of these Terms, the member's verified balance will be returned via their registered payment method. Accounts closed for breach of these Terms may have their balance withheld pending investigation.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

SalotPKR collects and processes personal data in order to provide its services, verify member identities, process payments, and comply with applicable legal obligations. The full details of how salotpkr handles your personal data — including what is collected, how it is stored, and your rights as a data subject — are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering on salotpkr, you consent to your personal information being processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support@salotpkr.bet, but note that withdrawal of consent may affect salotpkr's ability to provide services to your account.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, salotpkr shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Any interruption, delay, or failure in the salotpkr platform caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, payment system failures, or third-party service disruptions.
• Losses arising from live in-play betting where a market was not suspended promptly due to a technical or data feed delay.
• Any decision by a regulatory or governing body that results in the voiding of a bet that was correctly placed and priced at the time of acceptance.
• Access to your salotpkr account being compromised due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits salotpkr's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Salotpkr's total liability to any member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

SalotPKR may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered members will be notified by email or by a notification on the salotpkr platform. Continued use of salotpkr after the updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Previous versions of the salotpkr Terms and Conditions are available on request by contacting support@salotpkr.bet.
